Velistri’s slot will only be raffled if 70+ kaaring is reached for Velistri herself, not total.
How to Enter & How it Works
This will be a kaaring-based raffle. It will be RNG judged.
The Deadline is April 12th (my birthday) 11:59pm Central USA Timezone. No extensions will be given.
Tickets will be given according to the kaaring an image earns with the following exceptions:
         Drawing another horse of mine gets you +1 ticket, but only if it counts for full body.
          +2 instead for each additional horse if training or animated. Doesn't affect scoring of an entry with only Velistri or Firebringer.
